All fragrance product purchased on Posh & Pose comes with a 7-day guarantee that covers manufacturing defects on the bottles, and other merchandise included with the purchase (if any). In the event of a warranty claim, customers are entitled to a one-to-one exchange.

Please note that we do not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged, or defective (other than manufacturing defect). In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted.
